Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and AlertMagnet (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the AlertMagnet website, applications, APIs, and self-hosted push software distribution.

By accessing or using AlertMagnet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

1. User Accounts and Security

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your jurisdiction to create an account or execute transactions.
  2. Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
  3. Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our platform security.

2. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property

  1. Turnkey Software License: Subject to compliance with these Terms and your purchased edition (Pro Lifetime Edition or Enterprise Lifetime Edition), AlertMagnet grants you a lifetime, commercial license to download, deploy, and execute the self-hosted software on your authorized production domain(s).
  2. Source Code Access: You obtain full access to the underlying PHP, React, and Astro source code for customization and deployment on your own server.
  3. Proprietary Rights: All trademarks, service marks, logo branding, interface designs, documentation, and underlying platform software belong exclusively to AlertMagnet.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Invoicing

  1. Payment Gateways: Transactions on AlertMagnet are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (including Stripe and Razorpay).
  2. Lifetime Pricing: AlertMagnet offers one-time lifetime licenses with no recurring subscriber subscription fees.
  3. Taxes & Invoices: Itemized digital invoices are generated automatically for each completed transaction and are accessible for download in your dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AlertMagnet for any unlawful, harassing, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of the platform infrastructure without authorized permission.
  • Transmitting malicious code, trojans, denial-of-service payloads, or abusive automated scripts.
  • Using the software to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
