1. 7-Day Engineering Guarantee

• Installation Support: If you encounter any technical difficulty deploying AlertMagnet on your server (shared cPanel, Nginx, Apache, or Docker), our core engineering team will assist you directly with setup and configuration.
• Full Refund: If you cannot get AlertMagnet running on your server with our help, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will return the full amount.
• License Revocation: Because AlertMagnet includes turnkey software distribution access, processed refunds will deactivate your cryptographic license key.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If a network glitch, gateway timeout, or system error results in a duplicate charge, our billing team will immediately issue a refund for the extra transaction upon verification.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email our engineering and billing team at support@alertmagnet.com.
2. Include your registered account email, Invoice ID, and a brief description of the technical blocker encountered.
3. Once reviewed, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay, or Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
